Teaching and retaining beginners is one of tango’s greatest challenges.
This workshop prepares you to teach a fun and practical one-hour total beginner class to any audience. Includes a comprehensive class outline to take home with you.
Stay after the workshop to see Sharna in action teaching the 2-3pm All-Levels pre-milonga class. Free for workshop participants.
About Sharna Fabiano
Sharna Fabiano is the original founder of Tango Mercurio. With over 20 years of teaching experience in both academic and community settings, her approach reflects a belief in teaching as a form of community building, and an interest in tango social dance as a vehicle of interpersonal growth and social cohesion. Her book, Lead & Follow, and her podcast of the same name, represent embodied research into connection and collaboration in all areas of life.
